There is only one of you in the whole world, that is pretty awesome...so it's super important that you take some time out in your busy day to take good care of you.

Did you know that around this time of year you should still eat fruits and vegatables to ge the vitamins you need? and that it's super important to make sure you get alot of sleep.

W know there are times when you are trying to get all your homework completed, but staying up until 4:00am and then going to school for 8:00 am is way to hard on your body.  Try to get aleast  8 hours of sleep.  You will feel so much better in the morning.

Sometimes your day can get so busy that you skip breakfast, lunch and super and just snack on chips.   Your body so needs real food, to keep it going, and to keep it healthy..so even if you make mac & cheese, a glass of milk your feeding your body.

When things are getting alittle too much...like everything is happening all at once Try to take some time out to relax and have some fun! 

We have come up with a few cool ideas and tips to help you...you maybe doing some of these already.

*   Read a book about a topic you are interested in
*   write poetry
*    Listen to your fav. music
*   Exercise
*   Dance
*   Watch a t.V show or movie that makes you laugh
*   spend time with friends
*   bake something
*   re-arrange your room
