TELEHEALTH ONTARIO-  they will give you free confidential medical advice 24/7- Their number to call is 1-866-797-0000- Remember if you have a medical emergancy or you spot a medical emergancy please call 911.

THE KIDS HELP PHONE-  Sometimes things are just to overwhelming and you want to talk, you can give them a call at 1-800-668-6868 or you can check out their amazing website at www.kidshelphone.ca
